The New Hampshire Purchasers Group on Health (NHPGH) is a collaboration of the state's three largest public health care purchasers, and has represented more than 70,000 covered individuals and nearly three quarters of a billion dollars in annual health care expenditures.

For over ten years, NHPGH has made and sustained investments in health care design and delivery to help create a heath care system in New Hampshire that advances the triple aim.
